The Brazilian spent time at Leeds United but is already looking like a journeyman in the making.

When Leeds United signed Adryan on loan from Flamengo in the summer of 2014 it was tipped to be one of the best deals of the transfer window.
The Brazil under-20 international was hailed as the next big thing, and when he grabbed two assists in his first four league starts for Leeds it seemed he just might be.

However that was as good as it got for the winger and after just 13 appearances for the Whites he fell out of favour, spending the second half of the campaign in limbo.
A move to French side Nantes appeared to get the best out of him, with Adryan scoring seven goals and providing two assists in 30 appearances. But they opted not to make his loan deal permanent and last season he failed to make a single appearance for parent club Flamengo.

This summer he moved to Swiss club Sion, hoping to finally fulfil his potential, but after just five appearances Adryan tore an abductor muscle and now faces a spell on the side-lines.
Still very much a bit-part player, the former Leeds loanee got 30 minutes against St Gallen, 71 minutes against FC Zurich and 17 minutes against Basel, although his assist against the Champions League participants earned his side a 1-1 draw.
That could have been the catalyst for bigger and better things, but the injury he sustained soon prior to the very next game means he it is now back to square one.
Leeds fans may remember Adryan for little more than his diving antics, but for the player himself, he will be desperate to get a run of games to prove he is as good as those earlier claims.
New Leeds signing Ezgjan Alioski excelled in Switzerland and now Adryan will be aiming to do the same, although a return to England may be too much to ask given his performances last time round.
