The former Celtic striker has said that the Hoops are in a very good position to win the Scottish Premiership title this season.

McInally told The Scottish Sun: “I feel a little for Rangers as they were hanging on Celtic’s coat-tails.
“But since the winter break they haven’t got as many points as they’d have wanted. Psychologically, the results Celtic have had means they’re in position to be champions — and the enforced break will have done Celtic the world of good.
“Whether it’s Scotland or England I’d like to see the seasons finished. But it’s looking more and more likely the seasons will be called as we’re being governed by something none of us have ever seen before.”
League Table
Celtic are as many as 13 points clear of second-placed and bitter Old Firm rivals Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment.
However, the Gers have a game in hand, and there are also two Old Firm derbies left to be played this season.

According to The Daily Record, the SPFL could decide to call the Scottish Premiership today and crown Celtic as champions.
It would be sensible given the economic uncertainty in the game in Scotland at the moment and the financial problems some clubs are already facing.
