Former Celtic star Kris Commons is impressed with Ross McCrorie.

Former Celtic ace Kris Commons has praised the recent form of Rangers youngster Ross McCrorie.
McCrorie has starred in midfield for Rangers over the past couple of games, and the 19-year-old’s performances have earned wide acclaim.
Commons believes McCrorie’s playing style is reminiscent of Celtic captain Scott Brown.

Commons told The Mail: “He’ s athletic, strong, and good in the tackle.
“He likes being involved in the naughty side of the game. He reminds me of Scott Brown because he’s got that nasty bit to his game but he’s got good composure. He’s 19 but plays that position like a 25-year-old.”
McCrorie has blossomed under caretaker boss Graeme Murty, and needs to be given the same opportunities under Rangers’ next manager.
If it does turn out to be Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes, as has been speculated widely, then McCrorie’s two performances against the Dons this past week will make him impossible not to notice.
Scotland and Rangers both have a star on their hands, and if he leads the Light Blues to league titles like Brown has at Celtic, fans will be delighted.
