After the successful signings of Vladimír Coufal and Tomáš Souček, it wouldn’t surprise anybody if West Ham were to go shopping in Prague again.

One man who is currently starring for Slavia Prague is Abdallah Sima.

The 19-year-old has a remarkable 19 goals in 31 appearances this season.

Speaking to CT Sport, Souček even revealed that he’d recommended the teenager to West Ham.

However, we feel David Moyes should be looking at Sima’s teammate Nicolae Stanciu.

The 42-cap Romania international bagged his ninth goal of the season last night with a phenomenal strike against Rangers, which was reminiscent of the magical things Dimitri Payet used to do in claret and blue.

Stanciu picked the ball up out on the left, before blasting a strike into the far right corner, leaving Allan McGregor looking dumfounded.

As well as his nine goals, the 27-year-old also has six assists.

He appears to be a delightful technician, who has great control over the ball and is also a set-piece specialist – he’s bagged nine goals from freekicks throughout his career.

Of course, you might argue that West Ham don’t need a set-piece specialist with Aaron Cresswell in fine form this season – he’s amassed seven assists.

However, the 31-year-old is left-footed, so it would be nice for Moyes to have a right-footed option too, as well as one who operates closer to goal in open play.

It goes without saying that West Ham seem to have stumbled across a bit of a gold mine over in Prague – in our view, they should make the most of it.
