Speaking to the FPL Show, Fulham loanee, and reported Tottenham target Joachim Andersen has been waxing-lyrical about Harry Kane.
The Dane was playing a game where he had to name the best player in each position in the Premier League, and when it came to strikers, Andersen was certain he was picking the Tottenham man.
What’s been said?
The FPL Show asked a number of players who the best striker in the Premier League was, and as you can imagine, Harry Kane was a popular choice.
West Brom’s Matt Phillips believes that Kane is the top dog when it comes to Premier League attackers, saying:
“Harry Kane, it’s just another season where he’s hit great numbers. Obviously he leads Tottenham and he’s probably the best striker in the world,” Phillips said.
Andersen agreed with Phillips’ view, saying:
“Yeah, for me, that’s Harry Kane.”

Future teammates?
It’s great to see that Andersen is a big fan of Kane’s, because sooner rather than later the pair could be teammates.
Tottenham are reportedly very interested in signing Andersen, and if reports are to be believed, he could be on his way to north London this summer.
Andersen may be a defender, but his passing range makes him an important attacking player as well, and Kane could certainly thrive off of playing in front of the Dane.
Of course, whether or not a deal comes to fruition or not remains to be seen, but rumours suggest Andersen and Kane could soon be linking up for Spurs.
