The Serbian striker has been linked with a move to Leeds United.

As they look to ensure that they can secure a spot in the Championship play-offs, Leeds United will surely be active during this month’s transfer window.
One player who has been linked with a move to Elland Road is Aleksandar Prijovic, with the PAOK striker possibly available for £4 million, as reported by Mozzart Sport.

The Serbia international has been in prolific form this season, scoring ten goals in 20 appearances across all competitions, and would be a useful acquisition for Thomas Christiansen’s side.
If Leeds were to earn promotion to the Premier League then they would benefit significantly in a financial sense, which would render the fee to sign Prijovic as small change in comparison.

While plenty of January transfer deals do not tend to work out, signing Prijovic could well prove to be an inspired move for Leeds given that he has produced some excellent performances in Greece over the past couple of seasons.
Leeds certainly require a reliable goal-scorer in the second half of the campaign and it is worth them taking a gamble on Prijovic, who would surely relish the prospect of potentially representing the club in the Premier League next season.
Getting it right in the current transfer window could be the difference between success and failure for a Leeds side that has been away from the top flight for far too long, and such is Prijovic’s ability in front of goal that a £4million move could go down as one of their smartest ever if he ultimately fires them back to the promised land.
