Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea are reportedly on the verge of signing Nicolas Jackson from Villarreal.
According to Sky Sports journalist Dharmesh Sheth on Twitter, Chelsea are set to complete the signing of Nicolas Jackson from Villarreal in the summer transfer window.
The reporter has claimed that Jackson will fly into London today to finalise his move to former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners Chelsea.
Sheth has added that the 22-year-old Senegal international striker could undergo a medical at Chelsea this weekend.

In our opinion, Villarreal striker Nicolas Jackson could prove to be a very good signing for Chelsea, not just for now, but for the coming years as well.
The 22-year-old is a very good and promising young striker who has done extremely well so far in his career.
The Villarreal no. 15 made 16 starts and 10 substitute appearances in La Liga last season.
The striker scored 12 goals and gave four assists in those games.
Now, of course, Jackson is only 22 now, so Chelsea fans need to be tempered in their expectations of the Senegalese striker.
However, under new Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino, the striker could really flourish and establish himself as a star in the team.
