The Tottenham Hotspur play-maker has been linked with a move to Real Madrid.

According to a report from Spanish media outlet El Confidencial, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has identified Tottenham ace Christian Eriksen as his number one summer transfer target, ahead of Manchester United’s Paul Pogba.
The Madrid supremo is notorious for his no-nonsense approach to transfers, and he usually gets what he wants.
The Denmark international faces an uncertain future with Spurs, and with his contract set to expire in the summer of 2020, he could very well be sold at the end of this season.
According to a report form the Independent, Los Blancos are prepared to pay somewhere in the region of £100 million for Eriksen, and Tottenham will surely find that kind of offer incredibly hard to resist.
The 27-year-old has proved to be an excellent signing for Spurs, since joining the club from Ajax for around £12.5 million in the summer of 2013, and Mauricio Pochettino will surely not want to lose one of his best players.
It might just be out his hands, however, with Erisken’s contract having just over 12 months left to run.

El Confidencial claims that Madrid are ready to test Tottenham’s resolve with a bid for the Dane this summer.
Madrid president Florentino Perez is believed to prefer a move for the Spurs ace over Paul Pogba, and should they offer somewhere in the region of the reported fee of £100 million for the former Ajax man, his days in north London could very well be numbered.
