Tottenham Hotpsur boss Mauricio Pochettino could have to ring the changes at White Hart Lane in the summer.

Tottenham Hotspur have five players who could play their last game for the club in the Champions League final.
Tottenham are set for a shake-up this summer, with Mauricio Pochettino’s side potentially having to make big changes.
Both Toby Alderweireld’s and Christian Eriksen’s futures at Tottenham are very uncertain, with their contract situations not sorted.
Spurs also could offload Kieran Trippier or Victor Wanyama, as reported by the London Evening Standard, and Pochettino has opted against extending Fernando Llorente’s contract.
The quintet all will surely feel that they have a chance of playing in Madrid for Tottenham, and it could be the last time they ever pull on a Spurs strip.
Alderweireld’s and Eriksen’s departures would be the biggest blow to Tottenham, and they are the pair who are almost guaranteed starting places against Liverpool.

Trippier, meanwhile, is in a fight with Serge Aurier to play at right-back, but his form has been poor this season.
Napoli are believed to be the closest club to signing Trippier, as reported by Calcio Mercato.
Wanyama may also have an opportunity to feature for Tottenham, if Harry Winks is not fit enough to start, while Llorente could be used as an impact sub – as he has in the previous two rounds of the competition to devastating effect.
Spurs’s players are unlikely to need any extra motivation for the Champions League, but for the aforementioned five it gives them a potential opportunity to write their name in Tottenham history in what could be their final match for the north London club.
