Leeds United clinched their seventh signing of the summer this week as they signed versatile defender Luke Ayling from Bristol City.
With deficiencies in the squad highlighted by a 3-0 opening day defeat to QPR, more additions are expected before the end of the transfer window.

Here are five players head coach Garry Monk could look to add to his squad…
Bryan Verboom
HITC Sport understand Zulte Waregem defender Bryan Verboom is being lined up by Leeds United as a potential replacement for Charlie Taylor.
Belgian defender Verboom, 24, is also being monitored by Cardiff City, West Brom and Hull, and would cost £2 million.
Liam Bridcutt
Leeds Bridcutt
Liam Bridcutt impressed on loan at Leeds last season and it is a surprise they have not brought him back yet.
The midfielder is surplus to requirements at Sunderland, and while the Yorkshire Evening Post reported a week ago that a deal is close, wages remain a stumbling block.
Liam Moore
Leicester’s Liam Moore
Leicester City centre-back Liam Moore has found it tough to break through at the champions, and appears no closer to establishing himself for the club.
He needs to move in order to make his mark and play regularly, and SkySports report the defender is mulling over handing in a transfer request to force a transfer.
Charlie Adam
Charlie Adam was a target for Neil Redfearn when he was Leeds boss, but he was unable to do a deal.
Adam now has one season remaining on his Stoke City contract, and intriguingly he was in the crowd at Fleetwood Town on Wednesday night as the Whites beat the hosts on penalties.
Rico Henry
Walsall left-back Rico Henry is considered as the best left-back talent in League One and an ideal replacement for Charlie Taylor.
The Mirror reported in July that Leeds are taking a keen interest in the defender, and if Taylor’s future takes another twist then they may decide to follow up.
