Nottingham Forest manager Dougie Freedman has already had a big impact on several players.

Nottingham Forest manager Dougie Freedman deserves a pat on the back for the positive changes he’s made since his first game at the club against Brighton.

He stopped the slide which had started to develop under former manager Stuart Pearce and has got the club into a position where they have a slim outside chance of a position in the top six by the end of the season.

Freedman has always stressed the need for passion, loyalty and commitment from his players, demanding that his key men in key positions give their absolute best for the team.

Five players have already shown signs of complete belief in what he’s trying to do at the club, raising their performance levels and playing above average in key areas.

Danny Fox is showing more aggression, Michail Antonio is taking players on, Chris Burke is dribbling the ball well, Ben Osborn has developed the crossing side of his game and Henri Lansbury has been superb in terms of the way he passes the ball.

The boss will be hoping that all of these players maintain their progress over the rest of the season, with other players stepping up and performing above average in other areas.
