Tuncay Sanli
Tuncay Sanli – Middlesbrough
Turkish striker Tuncay was in his second season at Middlesbrough at the time, having signed from Fenerbahce in 2007.
He was substituted after just 54 minutes against Everton, replaced by Brazilian flop Alfonso Alves. Now 35, he has since retired.
Dan Gosling
Jack Collison (R) – West Ham United in action against Dan Gosling – Everton
This match was notable for the fact it was Dan Gosling’s Premier League debut for Everton, and he almost scored on a couple of occasions.
After a spell at Newcastle, the 27-year-old is at Bournemouth where he has featured 19 times this season.
Tony McMahon
Tony McMahon – Middlesbrough
Homegrown full-back Tony McMahon was a favourite of Gareth Southgate, and left the club in 2012 after racking up more than 100 appearances.
He is currently at Bradford City where he is attempting to help the Bantams win promotion to the Championship.
Chris Riggott
Chris Riggott – Middlesbrough
Once popular defender Chris Riggott played alongside Southgate at Middlesbrough before the ex-England centre-back took over as manager.
After leaving for Cardiff in 2010, Riggott was pressed into early retirement after failing to overcome a back injury, and is still just 36.
Andrew Taylor

Another ‘Boro youth product, Taylor’s performances for this club saw him capped at England under-21 level.
