Leeds United and Stoke City are both reported to be keen on signing Linus Wahlqvist, according to Belgian outlet Voetbal Belgie.

Anderlecht are also stated to hold interest in the promising talent, who could be on the move in the January transfer window?

1) Wahlqvist recently turned 20, and plays for his Swedish hometown club Norrkoping and is under contract until 2018.

2) He plays at right-back where he has been a near ever present for his team this past season, missing only two matches.

3) In 33 games in all competitions Wahlqvist has also managed to get on the scoresheet twice, and provide three assists.

4) His defending rarely sees him in trouble with referees. This season in 33 matches he picked up only two yellow cards.

5) Wahlqvist already has two international caps for Sweden, although is yet to line up alongside popular Leeds loanee Pontus Jansson.
