The young talent signed professional terms at Manchester United yesterday, and is a highly rated prospect.
What can we tell you about him?
1) United agreed to sign Pereira from PSV in November, when he was just 15-years-old.
2) He describes himself as a ‘number 10’ an offensive midfielder who likes scoring goals and creating chances for his teammates.
3) Pereira is a Brazilian-born Belgian youth international, who has played for the country’s under-16 team.
4) He told reporters that meeting up with Sir Alex Ferguson and being able to talk to him was a big element in persuading him to sign at the club.
5) The attacker, now 16, featured for United’s under-18 side at the end of the season, playing a key role in a 2-1 role over Stoke in May.
