1) The 19-year-old striker hails from Sweden and was born in Stockholm. He has played 10 times for Sweden’s under-21 side, scoring four goals.
2) He was loaned to Championship club Burnley last season, and scored one goal in five games and was recalled by City, who registered him in their Europa League squad, but did not play him.
3) Guidetti has been on loan at Feyenoord this season- making the move on deadline day, and has scored a sensational 17 goals in 15 games. This includes three hat-tricks, the latest of this he scored in a 3-1 win against Vitesse this weekend.
4) He started his career in an unusual place, spending one year at the Ligi Ndogo academy in Nairobi, Kenya in 2004-05, before signing with Swedish club Brommapojkarna.
5) His full name is John Alberto Fernando Andres Luigi Olof Guidetti.
