Leeds United have been linked with a stunning move to appoint Marcelo Bielsa.
The 62-year-old is in talks with the Whites about replacing Paul Heckingbottom, reports El Correo.

1) Bielsa’s signature is his fluid 3-3-1-3 formation which he has implemented at multiple teams. It effectively allows his teams to operate with six midfielders also operating as full-backs, supporting a central striker while playing a pressing style.
2) He was once called ‘the best in the world’ by Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola. He told El Correo: “I wish I had been his player and he would have trained me.”
3) Bielsa may be a legendary tactician, but his last spell ended in disaster at Lille. He was in charge for just five months, winning a Heckingbottom-esque five out of 19 games.
4) He has managed at two World Cups, with his Argentina side knocked out in the group stages after defeat to England in 2002. His Chile side fared better in 2010, winning plaudits as they reached the last 16 before being beaten by Brazil.
5) Nicknamed ‘El Loco’, Bielsa is regarded as video obsessive and meticulously studies tapes of all his players. He was claimed to have taken a library of 1,800 tapes to the 2010 World Cup to analyse.
