1) Berget is a Norwegian international forward with four caps who likes to play off the main striker.
2) He has played Champions League football this season with Solksjaer’s former club Molde, providing an assist in a qualifying win over Irish club Sligo Rovers.
3) Berget was handed his professional debut in 2007 for FK Lyn at 17, by another former Manchester United treble winner, Henning Berg.
4) Berget, now 23, can boast of playing at the Vicente Calderon against Atletico Madrid in a Europa League qualifier with Stromgodset, losing 2-1.
