
Liverpool fans on Twitter have stated that they would like Norwich duo Jamal Lewis and Emiliano Buendía signed up following their relegation to the Championship.
Daniel Farke’s side were the first team to be relegated from the Premier League this season, as they have a number of talented youngsters at their disposal.
Liverpool have purchased players from teams who have been relegated before – the most obvious success being Gini Wijnaldum when Newcastle went down in 2016.
Whilst Norwich’s season has well and truly capitulated, the likes of Teemu Puki, Todd Cantwell, Max Aarons, Jamal Lewis and Buendía will be sought-after players.
Liverpool supporters stated that they would like the magic touch of Buendía to be gracing Anfield as a squad player, as well as left-back, Lewis.
Andy Robertson is the only senior left-back at Liverpool, and whilst his injury record is solid, the club do need to add cover in that area.

Whether Jurgen Klopp would back the likes of James Milner and Neco Williams to play in that spot when needed, the fans would like the club to dip into the market for Lewis and use Norwich’s relegation to pounce for their young talents.
