Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Giovanni Simeone of Fiorentina in the January transfer window.

According to a report in Calciomercato.com, Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Giovanni Simeone in the January transfer window, but Fiorentina do not want to sell the 22-year-old striker.
Spanish clubs Sevilla and Valencia are also reported to be interested in the Argentine striker, and Fiorentina are claimed to be aware of how tough it will be to hold onto him.

The Italian club signed Simeone from Genoa only in the summer of 2017, and the youngster has already developed into a key player for the Viola.
The former River Plate striker has scored seven goals and provided three assists in 20 Serie A appearances for Fiorentina so far this season, according to WhoScored.

Fiorentina may (reportedly) be reluctant to sell the youngster, but Tottenham should still make a move for Simeone.
The youngster has developed well over the past few years, and his style of play, natural ability and age make him perfect for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
