Harvey Elliott impressed his Liverpool debut in Scotland today.

Jurgen Klopp has told The Echo that Liverpool have signed a ‘fine, fine footballer’ in the form of Harvey Elliott.
The former Fulham sensation joined Klopp’s side on Sunday morning and he wasn’t long earning his senior debut.
Hours later, the Liverpool boss gave him a 15-minute cameo in the 3-0 defeat by Napoli at Murrayfield.
It was a dreadful result for the Reds, but Elliott’s cameo was a huge positive for the German manager nonetheless.
Liverpool fans praised the 16-year-old midfielder on Twitter afterwards and here’s what the former Dortmund coach told The Echo at full-time.
“Now he is here so let’s work with him. He needs game time, we will see where he gets that but he is obviously a fine, fine footballer and that’s why we were really interested.”
Klopp is spot-on; Elliott is an outstanding talent, evident by the fact that he’s the youngest player to ever play in the Premier League.
But man-management is of paramount importance. At his age, he is just potential and it’ll take a lot of hard work by him and Klopp in tandem to help him maximise his ability.
The German must keep Elliott grounded because, let’s face it, it’s very easy for young players to be labelled the next Lionel Messi in this day and age.
