Rangers fans have taken to Twitter to react after the club tweeted a photo of Ryan Jack in training yesterday, following a lengthy injury lay-off.
The 10-cap Scotland international was spotted back in training following a troublesome knee injury, which has ruled him out for weeks.
Jack last appeared for Rangers on November 22nd, playing 56 minutes of the 4-0 win over Aberdeen before suffering the injury.
Now, however, the 28-year-old is back in training and nearing a return to action as Rangers look to secure the Scottish Premiership title.
There is no denying Jack’s importance to Steven Gerrard.
He is a leader for the Gers, and started 15 games in all competitions before being struck down through injury against Aberdeen.

Jack’s tidiness in possession and calmness on the ball are vital to Rangers.
WhoScored shows that the Bears No.8 registers an impressive 79.5 passes per game in the Scottish Premiership this season.
Additionally, he completes 4.2 successful long-range passes per game.
Gerrard recently highlighted the Scot’s importance to the side, but conceded that Rangers will need to manage Jack’s workload carefully upon his return.

The Daily Record quote the ex-Liverpool captain as saying: “Jack is a difficult one as he is so important and his consistency levels are superb.
“He wants to be in the team as much as possible but the reality is he does need looking after and we will look after him as he is such an important player for both club and country.”
Nevertheless, it is fantastic to see him back in training.
