Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter in delight after it was revealed that Alexandre Lacazette and Kieran Tierney are back in training.
The Gunners duo missed the first leg of Arsenal’s Europa League semi-final against Villarreal due to injuries.
Now, however, the pair are back involved in first-team training at London Colney, in what is a timely boost to Mikel Arteta.
Arsenal will need absolutely everyone to bring their A-game to the Emirates Stadium on Thursday evening.
The north Londoners have it all to do after losing 2-1 in the first leg.
If Unai Emery’s side score first, then things will look seriously bleak for Arsenal who will then need three goals to beat Villarreal.
However, if Arsenal can just scrape a 1-0 win, they will progress into the final having netted a vital away goal in Spain.
Without Tierney and Lacazette, Arteta has had to put some square pegs in round holes.

The Spaniard started the first leg without a natural centre-forward, choosing to play Nicolas Pepe through the middle in Lacazette’s absence.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was also missing, but he is now back too.
With Tierney out, Arteta had to put Granit Xhaka at left-back.
Hopefully, Lacazette and Tierney are fit enough to start.

Arsenal’s entire season hinges on this second leg – it’s crunch time, to say the very least.
Lose, and the Gunners will have nothing to show for their efforts other than a severely underwhelming mid-table finish in the Premier League.
Let’s see how the Arsenal fans reacted on Twitter after hearing about Lacazette and Tierney…
