Tottenham’s Dele Alli took the Premier League by storm last season, and Hollywood film star Mark Wahlberg has spoken to the club’s official Twitter account, explaining his vision for the 20-year-old upon his football retirement.
The former MK Dons youngster scored 10 goals and registered nine assists in 33 Premier League outings last term, as he established himself as one of the league’s best midfielders.

He has just committed his long-term future to the Lilywhites by putting pen to paper on a new six-year deal, but Mark Wahlberg has a vision for the Spurs star, when he retires from the game, shown here on the club’s official Twitter account:
With Alli’s all action style on the football pitch, Wahlberg seems to think that the transition into an action hero on the big screens would be a seamless one.

For the foreseeable future, however, there is no need for Tottenham fans to panic – Alli is going nowhere anytime soon.
Despite a succession of poor showings for England at the Euros over the summer, he has shown his resilience by bouncing back for Tottenham, and is beginning to find his stride again after registering his first goal of the season last weekend away at Stoke City.
