Victor Osimhen is one of the best strikers in the world, and there is no surprise that Chelsea are interested in the Napoli star.
Chelsea have been struggling for goals this season, and the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are in dire need for a top-quality number 9.
Chelsea want to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen
According to The Daily Mail, Chelsea are keen on Osimhen.
The Blues reportedly believe that Napoli will sell the Nigeria international striker for £130 million, although club Aurelio De Laurentiis has publicly said that he does not plan to sell him.
Manchester United are also keen on Osimhen, who helped Napoli win Serie A this season.
The Daily Mail have reported that Chelsea may not be able to pay £130 million due to Financial Fair Play issues and could include striker Romelu Lukaku in a potential deal with Napoli.
The Belgium international striker is on loan at Inter Milan from Chelsea at the moment.

Impressive
Osimhen has scored 23 goals and given four assists in 26 Serie A starts this season.
The striker scored 14 goals and provided two assists in 23 Serie A starts last season.
Now, of course, Chelsea will be well aware of what Osimhen is capable of, and comments from Fikayo Tomori will only excite the Stamford Bridge faithful regarding what the striker could bring, if indeed he made the move to the Blues in the summer transfer window.
Tomori came through the Chelsea youth system and made a handful of appearances for the first team.
After a loan spell at AC Milan, the 25-year-old England international central defender made his move to the Italian giants permanent in 2021.
The defender has come up against Osimhen during his time in Serie A, and he rates the striker really highly.
Praise from Fikayo Tomori
Tomori told The Times about Osimhen: “He’s very dynamic, and for a defender he’s very annoying to play against. He just doesn’t stop running.”
