Mauricio Pochettino may well pick Fernando Llorente to start in Tottenham Hotspur’s Champions League semi-final.

Llorente could get a starting chance for Tottenham on Tuesday evening, when they take on Ajax.
The Spanish striker may well be given the nod by Mauricio Pochettino, as Spurs’ striking options look short.
Tottenham are missing Kane due to injury, and they also will have to make do without Son, who is suspended.
And Llorente admits that the Spurs pair are both disappointed right now.
“I need to fight for them (Kane and Son) because, for sure, they are not happy because they are injured or can’t play, and we’ll have to fight more and demonstrate we can do well without them,” said the £12 million (ESPN) striker.
Llorente was the hero in the last round, as Spurs got past Manchester City.

The target-man nodded home from a corner to send Tottenham through on away goals at the Etihad Stadium.
Llorente has failed to score since then for Tottenham, though, and his recent performance against Brighton & Hove was poor.
Whether Llorente will be given the nod to start now remains to be seen, as Pochettino could also pick Lucas Moura to lead the line.
