Tottenham striker has given his boss and chairman something to think about.

Fernando Llorente’s Tottenham Hotspur career has looked close to the end a few times, after his consistent snubs at Premier League level.
The striker has made no secret of his intention to return to Spain when his contract expires at the end of the season.
Chairman Daniel Levy would presumably love therefore, to cash in now and get something back for him while the club can.
The chances of this may have shot up after his ‘shop window’ display on Friday night in a televised cup tie against Tranmere.
After a shaky first half an hour, Llorente picked his game up and scored a hat-trick in a 7-0 victory.
Perfect perhaps, for Levy’s chances of helping Spurs to cash in quickly this month.
Yet if Tottenham do sell Llorente, the club need to balance the risk of doing so, and whether there is one.

Llorente performed an important role against Tranmere, allowing striker Harry Kane to rest up for most of the game. He also showed he can contribute in a positive manner for the team.
With Heung-Min Son away for the rest of the month at the Asian Cup, Tottenham may need to rely on Llorente a little bit more over the next 2-3 weeks.
Spurs are in all four club competitions still, and Kane’s minutes will need to be managed carefully.
If Tottenham do cash in on Llorente, they might need to sign a replacement.
The Spaniard’s display has certainly provided a dilemma if bids arrive for his services.
