Swansea’s Fernando Llorente arrives before the match
Tottenham are reportedly keen to sign a back-up striker for Harry Kane. According to reports from The Times, Tottenham scouts have been told to find a back-up striker for the England ace.
Kane has scored 21 league goals this season to maintain Spurs’ title challenge. He has been well supported by the likes of Dele Alli and Son Heung-Min, but Vincent Janssen has once again cut a sorry figure.
The Dutch striker has made 24 appearances in the Premier League, but has started in only seven games. He has scored two goals and provided two assists.
Needless to say, Spurs are looking for a better return from their back-up striker – someone who can score 10-12 goals in a season.

Swansea City’s Fernando Llorente could be a great option for Spurs
The Spanish striker has enjoyed a superb campaign this season, scoring 12 goals in the Premier League. At 32, he is still going strong.
Llorente has been a top class striker throughout his career, and he is bringing his vast experience into play to thrive in the Premier League.
While Llorente would be looking to get regular games, Spurs can offer him a different challenge.
The north Londoners can offer him Champions League football and a significant pay rise to lure him away from the Liberty Stadium.
In any case, if Swansea get relegated, Llorente would be looking to continue playing at a higher level than plying trade in the Championship.
