Fenerbahce are interested in signing Yannick Bolasie on a season-long loan deal from Everton in the summer transfer window, according to The Express.

The Turkish giants are preparing to make a last-ditch attempt to persuade Everton to let them sign the former Crystal Palace winger on loan, according to the report.

Blow for Aston Villa and Middlesbrough?

According to The Daily Star, Aston Villa are interested in signing Bolasie on loan in the summer transfer window.

The Mirror has claimed that Villa’s Championship rivals Middlesbrough want to secure the services of the DR Congo international – who earns £75,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – on loan and are hoping of a deal.

Yannick Bolasie is subtituted during the Premier League match between Everton and Manchester United at Goodison Park on January 1, 2018 in Liverpool, England.

However, Fenerbahce’s reported interest in the former Crystal Palace star does make it tricky for Championship duo Villa and Middlesbrough.

True, the Villans and Boro are ambitious clubs, but they are in the second tier of English football.

Fenerbahce may not be playing in the Champions League this season, but they are one of Turkey’s biggest clubs and will be challenging for the domestic title this season, and they could well be more tempting to Bolasie than Villa or Middlesbrough.

Yannick Bolasie attends the Football Black List 2016 at Village Underground on March 28, 2017 in London, England.
