Tottenham striker could spend another season in Turkey.

Janssen has had a frustrating season at Fenerbahce so far due to an injury which sidelined him for five months.
He made his comeback a week ago and this weekend he scored his first goal of 2018 as Fenerbahce beat Kasimpasa 4-1.
Janssen had come off the bench in injury time to net just his third league goal for the club.

Fenerbahce believe Janssen’s injury has made their decision difficult and they want to have him on loan for another season and wrap up a deal in time for pre-season.
Sabah report the Turkish side plan to hold talks with Spurs over the possibilty.
Janssen is keen on staying put at Fenerbahce for an extra season.
He said: “I had a nice year here but I could not make the contribution I wanted, and if my club allowed it, it would be nice to have it [extended].”

Will Tottenham go for it?
Whether Spurs would agree to another loan is another matter.
They may want to give him another chance due to the way Fernando Llorente has flopped, but more likely is that chairman Daniel Levy would seek to cut his losses and push for a permanent sale.
This would likely drag on past pre-season towards the deadline, and if Fenerbahce really want Janssen in early for next season, they may have to pay up.
It’s also up to Janssen over the final few games of the season to really show he is worth paying up for.
