With four games of the Premier League season in the book, we now have a good idea of how Nuno Espirito Santo is setting up his new Tottenham team.

Spurs have managed three wins in their opening four matches. However, their recent 3-0 loss to Crystal Palace has seemingly spoiled what was a perfect start to the season for Nuno.

Indeed, nine points from a possible 12 is a solid haul. Yet the football on offer from the north London so far this campaign has been far from adventurous.

And a stat from WhoScored has highlighted how uncreative Tottenham have been since the arrival of Nuno. With Brighton and Hove Albion goalkeeper Roberto Sanchez creating more clear-cut chances than Spurs this season.

With Nuno yet to get the best out of Dele Alli and numerous players out with injury, the former Wolves coach has had some issues when it comes to the lack of creativity and directness in the Spurs team.

Yet on social media, Wolves fans were in hysterics over this stat.

Whilst Nuno was key to the West Midlands club solidifying themselves as a Premier League side again, the brand of football on show was hardly pleasing on the eye.
