Rafael Benitez’s Newcastle United won against Burnley in the Premier League on Monday.

Newcastle United central defender Federico Fernandez has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Burnley on Monday evening.
Rafael Benitez’s side made it three wins in a row in the Premier League with a 2-1 success over Burnley away from home at Turf Moor.
The Magpies took the lead after just four minutes when Ben Mee scored an own goal, and it became 2-0 to the visiting team midway through the first half when Ciaran Clark headed home a Matt Ritchie cross.
Burnley halved the deficit through Sam Vokes on 40 minutes, but Newcastle eventually ended up with the three points.
Fernandez featured in the match for Newcastle, and the 29-year-old Argentine central defender played well for Benitez’s team.
According to WhoScored, the centre-back took one shot, had a pass accuracy of 86.8%, won five headers, and made two interceptions and 10 clearances.

The former Swansea City defender was a rock at the back, looked confident and strong throughout, and once again proved to be reliable.
Fernandez has taken to Twitter to revel in the win, with some Newcastle fans responding positively to the message from the defender – who moved to the Magpies from Swansea in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £6 million.
