The Tottenham Hotspur defender is currently on loan at Roma.
Loaned out Tottenham Hotspur defender Federico Fazio has been discussing his loan spell at Roma, and the management of his new boss Luciano Spalletti.
The Argentine is on loan with the Giallorossi for the rest of the season and admitted to Sky Sports Italia that he is enjoying his time at the Stadio Olimpico – and the way Spalletti has improved his game.

He stated:
“We are in a good moment, we are on track.
“He is a good coach, ever since I arrived he has insisted on various aspects of the game.
“For me it was very important, he is a coach who can be bad, aggressive, he wants to win. He’s a winner and is a thing you notice and hear in the locker room.”

It certainly seems as though Fazio is enjoying his time working with his coach at Roma more than he was with Mauricio Pochettino at Spurs.
He is in good form for the club, playing in 14 games for the club so far and establishing himself as a regular pick for the team.
Since signing for Spurs back in August 2014 the 29-year-old, who has three caps for the Argentina national team, struggled to settle in English football.

Fazio spent the second half of last season on loan at former club Sevilla but was sent off 25 minutes into his second debut for the club and struggled to find his form, playing just six times.
But he is doing much better at Roma and fans are already hopeful that the club will conclude an agreed buy-out of the player, said by the Daily Mail to be worth £3.4 million, in 2017.
