McKee played for Rangers’ Under-18s on Tuesday, two months after he switched to the Ibrox giants who are now managed by Steven Gerrard.

The father of new Rangers recruit Chris McKee says his son is ‘loving it’ at Ibrox.
McKee – a Northern Ireland Under-17 international – signed for Rangers from Linfield earlier in the summer, before moving over to Glasgow last week.
And the striker’s Ibrox career is already up and running, after he scored in the Gers U18s’ 6-1 win against their Partick Thistle counterparts on Tuesday.
Afterwards, McKee’s father, Colin, posted, in response to a tweet about his son’s performance:
McKee formed one half of a new-look strike force against Partick, alongside Michael Ruth – the Scotland U16 international who arrived at Rangers on trial at the start of the summer.
Ruth has already played senior football for Queens Park, featuring in two of the Glasgow side’s League One fixtures towards the end of last season.
McKee opened the scoring against Partick, before goals from Dapo Mebude (2), Josh McPake, Nathan Patterson and Kieran McKechnie ensured a resounding win for Rangers at the Hummel Training Centre.
