Liam Bridcutt got a rare appearance this season for Nottingham Forest.

Liam Bridcutt completed 90 minutes in the win over Stoke City on Wednesday night – and some Nottingham Forest fans on Twitter were raving about the quality of his performance.
Aitor Karanka’s side defeated Championship opponents Stoke 3-2 in a dramatic third round Carabao Cup tie at the City Ground.
The Reds took a three-goal lead thanks to goals from Ben Osborn, Daryl Murphy and Joe Lolley, but Benik Afobe and Saido Berahino were on the scoresheet for the visitors to set up a tense ending.
Forest had to play the closing stages with a man light too, as Diogo Goncalves was shown a straight red card for a high tackle.
The East Midlands club recorded their third consecutive win across all competitions and a number of fringe men got the chance to show their quality
Bridcutt, 29, has rarely featured so far this campaign for Forest and was handed just his third appearance during midweek.

A selection of Forest fans on social media were impressed by the display of Bridcutt.
