The Southampton left-back has been linked with a £25 million move to Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United or Everton.

Rumoured Tottenham Hotspur, Everton and Newcastle United target Ryan Bertrand is resigned to leaving Southampton this summer, according to a number of Saints supporters.
The Sun reported earlier this month that Tottenham, Newcastle and Everton are ‘in a £25 million scramble’ for Bertrand, who is facing relegation with Southampton this season.
The Saints’ task is looking even harder after Thursday’s 0-0 draw at Leicester City, which leaves them four points adrift of 17th-place Swansea City, who have played a game less.

And Bertrand’s performance was one of particular annoyance for fans of the south coast club. Here’s what they’re saying on Twitter…
While Bertrand’s recent form may have left a lot to be desired, it’s not always been this way for the left-back, who was named in the Premier League’s PFA team of the year in 2015.
And he could still be a useful addition for Newcastle – who may lose Chelsea loanee Kenedy on top of Massadio Haidara this summer – and Everton – who are short of competition in Leighton Baines’ position – in particular.
Tottenham are perhaps least in need of the 28-year-old’s services, although that could change if Danny Rose is sold this summer.
Should Southampton supporters’ comments deter Tottenham / Newcastle / Everton?
