Tottenham Hotspur have already reportedly made moves to sign Youcef Atal from Nice this summer.

Reported Tottenham Hotspur target Youcef Atal has been praised after his performance for Algeria yesterday.
Algeria won 2-0 against Tottenham Hotspur man Victor Wanyama’s Kenya side, and Atal was arguably the star player on the pitch during the contest.
The right-back, who the Telegraph claim that Tottenham have made enquiries over, won his side a penalty and caused the Kenyan defence great problems with his attacking advances.
And if any Tottenham scouts were watching then they surely will have been impressed by Atal’s display, which was raved about on social media website Twitter.
If Tottenham were to sign Atal he could immediately replace Kieran Trippier in their starting line-up.
Trippier struggled at White Hart Lane last term, and could be in line for a move this summer.
