Newcastle United winger Miguel Almiron is representing Paraguay at the Copa America.

Newcastle United winger Miguel Almiron has been raved about by Paraguay fans on social media website Twitter.
Newcastle’s Almiron was selected to start for Paraguay at the Copa America yesterday in their 2-2 draw with Qatar.
The result was disappointing for his nation, but the Newcastle man was the standout player on the pitch.
Almiron set up one of his country’s goals with a wonderful pass, and looked a level above many of his teammates.
And Newcastle fans will be delighted to read the reviews of Almiron’s display.
Almiron has shown great promise since joining Newcastle, although he still hasn’t found the back of the net.
It was clear that the 25-year-old still needs time to adapt to English football, but he could have a brilliant season ahead of him at St. James’ Park, now that he is fully settled.
Paraguay also have Argentina and Colombia in their group in the Copa America, so their draw with Qatar could prove costly, as they aim to progress to the knockout stages.
