Nacer Chadli won’t leave West Bromwich Albion for less than £17 million, according to a report.

The Telegraph reported on Thursday that Nacer Chadli has a £17 million release clause in his West Bromwich Albion contract – and football fans can’t believe it.
The Belgium winger hasn’t played for West Brom since December due to a hip injury and has therefore been unable to prevent what looks to be an imminent relegation into the Championship.
The Baggies broke their record transfer fee on signing him from Spurs for around £13 million in 2015.
But he has only managed three Premier League appearances all season, after managing a respectable five goals and five assists in 27 top-flight starts last term.

And some fans on Twitter are shocked about the idea of West Brom making a £4 million profit on him.
When fit, Chadli is easily worth £17 million – especially in the modern climate.
It didn’t work out for him at Tottenham, but the 28-year-old has, at times, looked very decent for Albion and as a result could still garner attention.
West Brom wanted £25 million for him last summer when Swansea City were sniffing around, and the South-Welsh side won’t be the only Premier League team to come calling again.
