Celtic boss says he will not be leaving the club to take a new challenge at Aston Villa.

Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has denied he is interested in the Aston Villa job, he told BBC Sport.
Reports had claimed Rodgers was on Villa’s shortlist to replace Steve Bruce although Thierry Henry appears to be the current frontrunner.
The Daily Star went a step further and claimed Rodgers would be keen on the Villa job.
Rodgers has denied this, making his situation clear after Celtic’s victory over St Johnstone.

Rodgers told BBC Sport: “I’m the Celtic manager and I love it and have lots of challenges here.
“Villa is a top Premier League club in the Championship and I’m sure with their support base and resources they will try and get back there as quickly as they can.”
Rodgers confirmed he has not been approached by Villa about the role.

The Celtic boss is in his third season at Celtic and he has won six domestic trophies in Scotland during this time.
Some fans feel Rodgers is taking the easy way out by staying at Celtic.
