Tottenham Hotspur’s Hugo Lloris was in action for France this weekend.

France continued their push towards EURO 2020 this weekend, comfortably beating Albania 4-1 at the Parc des Princes.
After winning the World Cup, France are one of the favourites to life the European Championship trophy too, and they eased to victory on Saturday.
Kingsley Coman scored the opener, before Olivier Giroud tapped home Lucas Hernandez’s cross and Coman got his second, and Jonathan Ikone landed the fourth with his debut goal.
Albania did get one back though, as Hugo Lloris rushed off his line to give away a late penalty, bringing down Sokol Cikalleshi who stepped up to score from the spot.
That was the only blot on the copy book for France, but fans were left baffled by Lloris and his decision making, with no need to bring down Cikalleshi at 4-0 up.
The Spurs goalkeeper has blown hot and cold for some time now, with major highs and bizarre lows over the last 18 months.

Fans on Twitter weren’t impressed with his performance, suggesting that his role in the penalty was ‘shocking’ and ‘stupid’, showing that he has a mistake in him at all times.
Others think that Lloris is the weakest link in the French side, believing he has a clanger in him and simply can’t be classed as a top goalkeeper because of these errors.
