Newcastle United defender DeAndre Yedlin played well for the USA against Panama on Saturday.

Newcastle United defender DeAndre Yedlin featured for the United States of America against Panama on Saturday.
The 24-year-old right-back, who can also operate as a midfielder, started the match in Orlando and played for the entire 90 minutes.
Bruce Arena’s side won 4-0, thanks to goals from Christian Pulisic, Jozy Altidore (two) and Bobby Wood.
Yedlin’s performance was very encouraging, leading the USA and Newcastle fans as well as football followers watching the match to rave about him on Twitter.

Yedlin is a very talented and promising right-back who has progressed well at Newcastle.
The USA international initially made his name at the Seattle Sounders FC and earned the move to Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur in 2015.
The right-back failed to make an impact at White Hart Lane and joined Newcastle in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Star to be worth £5 million.
Working with Newcastle manager Rafael Benitez is only going to make Yedlin a better defender.
