Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on Estudiantes defender Juan Foyth.

According to reports from ESPN, Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on their first signing of the summer in Estudiantes defender, Juan Foyth.

The report claims that Estudiantes president, Juan Sebastian Veron, has arrived in London this week to hold talks with Tottenham about the Argentina under-20 defender.

Spurs are confident of sealing a deal for the youngster. However, it remains to be seen how far they are willing to pay for the player.

ESPN sources claim that Estuadiantes are holding out for more than £15 million, but Spurs have indicated they will not pay more than £10 million for the 19-year-old.
