Chelsea’s Drinkwater is known to several Everton staff members, following his time at Leicester City.

Several Twitter users are predicting a move to Everton for Chelsea midfielder Danny Drinkwater.
The Guardian is among those to report that Drinkwater is growing frustrated at Chelsea, for whom he has only made 12 starts since his £35 million transfer from Leicester City last summer, and will consider his future at the end of the campaign.

And with former Leicester scout Steve Walsh and Foxes boss-but-one Craig Shakespeare now on Everton’s books, a reunion with Drinkwater is not out of the question, according to the following people…
Everton are not exactly short in Drinkwater’s position, with their current options comprising Morgan Schneiderlin, Idrissa Gana Gueye, James McCarthy, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Davy Klaassen, Tom Davies and Beni Baningime.
But some Evertonians would welcome his arrival nonetheless…
Drinkwater, who began his career at hometown team Manchester United, was a key member of the Leicester side that won the Premier League two seasons ago.
The 28-year-old also has three caps for England.
Could Drinkwater end up at Everton?
