World Cup fans are making fun of US President Donald Trump.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup concluded with Spain being crowned as the champions of the world for the second time in the tournament’s history.

Since the final was held in the US, it was President Donald Trump who handed the trophy and medals to Spain after they registered a 1-0 win over Argentina.

Fans believe Donald Trump has lied about his height after Rodri moment

Spain’s Rodri won the 2026 World Cup Golden Ball, and the trophy was handed to him by Trump. At the time, fans didn’t think much of it, but the clip has now gone viral on X.

Why? Well, fans believe that it exposed Trump lying about his height as he was dwarfed in comparison to Rodri. After all, both Trump and Rodri are reportedly 6’3″, but it didn’t seem like it on stage.

“Trump in heels and at least 4-5 inches shorter,” a fan wrote. While another added, “The orange s___ is a good 6″ shorter than the 6’3″ Rodri.”

“Proving Trump is nowhere near 6’3″ because Rodri is,” a third fan pointed out. “One of these people is 6’3″ tall… and the other is President Trump,” a fourth fan joked.

“He’s definitely not 6’3″! Look at the height difference between him and Rodri, who is actually verified to be 6’3″! Trump might be only 5’9″!” a fifth fan announced.

While it may have been due to the camera angle, most fans are now convinced that Trump has lied about his height. Either that, or he has shrunk due to ageing as the US President is already 80 years old.
