Micky Hazard congratulated Tottenham on his personal Twitter account after their 3-1 win over Newcastle on Wednesday and joked about the ‘fanatical booing’ from the home supporters during the match.

With games being played behind closed doors, broadcasters and clubs are putting up fake noise crowds to try and make things as normal as they can be.

After securing the bragging rights in the North London derby over the weekend, Spurs secured another three points tonight, with Harry Kane netting a double following Heung-Min Son’s opener.

This was the message ex-Spurs man, Hazard, sent from his personal Twitter account after the match.

This is yet another much-needed three points and win for Spurs because things were seemingly on the edge with Jose Mourinho.

But the positive vibes are now flowing around the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as they will now hope for, at the very least, a top-seven finish.

Whilst Kane started life slowly after the restart, he is seemingly looking back to his best and at the right time as Mourinho’s side hope to finish the season on a high.

After reaching the Champions League final last season, it has been a season to forget this time around, but wins will only breed positive energy going into the new campaign.
