Some West Ham United fans have been reacting after hearing that they’re interested in a move for Giovane Simeone.
The Argentine striker has been linked to West Ham in the past and the London club are reportedly back in for the forward.
West Ham could certainly do with a new striker. After all, Michail Antonio is their only recognised senior option in that position and they’re yet to replace Sebastien Haller after his departure in January.
There’s reason to believe that Simeone would be a star at West Ham. He’s been in terrific form in Serie A this season, netting nine goals in 10 appearances, and if he can carry that form over to the Premier League he could be a real weapon.
Whether or not this move comes to fruition remains to be seen, but if Simeone does come it could be something of a coup.
