It looks like Antonio Conte will be leaving Inter Milan tonight.
Conte just brought the title back to the San Siro for the first time since Inter’s outstanding 2009-10 season.
However, the club need to sell this summer due to financial issues, and with Conte frustrated, tensions have been frayed.
Tuttomercatoweb now report that an agreement has been reached for Conte to leave Inter, paying around €7.5million (£6.5million) in compensation to terminate his deal.
Fabrizio Romano has added to the report, stating that it’s ‘game over’ for Conte at Inter as an agreement has been done for him to leave immediately.
Conte is undoubtedly a great manager, but is seen as being difficult to work with, and this latest saga won’t particularly help that perception.

This is all of interest to Tottenham, with La Stampa in Italy claiming that Spurs have made Conte a big offer to become their new boss.
They now wouldn’t have to pay compensation to land him, and with a Premier League title win on his CV, Conte may be appealing to Daniel Levy.
With Tuttosport adding that Spurs fancy appointing sporting director Fabio Paratici – a man close to Conte from their time together at Juve – this is a story to keep an eye on for Tottenham fans.
