Van de Ven is clearly keen on the move and telling Wolfsburg of his desire to leave takes him another step closer.

Ange Postecolgou may have worked his magic on Micky van de Ven
De Telegraaf – as relayed by Sport Witness – suggest that Van de Ven, his father and his agent actually made a recent trip to London to speak to Tottenham.
It’s claimed that Van de Ven had an ‘excellent feeling’ about joining Spurs after speaking to new boss Ange Postecoglou.
The Australian clearly has big plans for Tottenham and is managing to convince targets to buy into the Spurs project.

Van de Ven could be next with Tottenham seemingly closing in on a £30million deal.
The 22-year-old is a giant presence at 6ft 4in tall and will also provide Spurs with a natural left-footer at centre back.
That will help in build-up play for Postecoglou’s approach whilst Van de Ven’s impressive speed will be useful for a high line.
Van de Ven still needs to develop at Tottenham but this looks to be an exciting move for Spurs – if they can get it done.
