Speaking on Tottenham’s YouTube channel, Fabio Paratici has been speaking about some of the up and coming talent at Spurs.

Tottenham may not have had the best starts to their Premier League season, but one positive that can be taken away from the first couple of months of Nuno Espirito Santo’s reign is the fact that a number of young players have been given chances.

Paratici has seemingly been very impressed by what he’s seen from Japhet Tanganga, Oliver Skipp and Dane Scarlett, claiming that they have something special.

What’s been said?

Paratici gave his view on some of Tottenham’s young talents.

“We need time, we are very happy about Tanganga, Skippy and also Dane. They love the club and they have something special. They are so educated, that’s a word I like a lot. So educated about the culture of work, not just about the football, and that’s what’s most important, because if you have that skill, you can really reach your target,” Paratici said.

Exciting times

Tanganga, Skipp and Scarlett have been given plenty of chances to impress this term and it’s fair to say they’ve stepped up.

Tanganga was excellent in Spurs’ first three games before his moments of madness against Crystal Palace, while Skipp looks every part a Premier League player.

Scarlett, at just 17, has had more limited opportunities, but every time he plays he looks sharp and the future is certainly bright for this young man.

Tottenham could be on the verge of something of a golden generation, especially when you consider that Paratici hasn’t even mentioned the likes of Alfie Devine and Dilan Markanday.
