Aston Villa new boy Ezri Konsa is yet to make his debut for Dean Smith’s side.

Konsa was one of 12 Villa players who joined over the summer in a £12 million deal from Brentford (BBC Sport), in what was a very busy transfer window for Dean Smith’s side.
And Konsa admits that Villa’s new additions have all impressed him since he arrived.
“I don’t think I can pick just one,” Konsa said when asked which of Villa’s new boys had caught his eye the most in training.
“The spirit and mood in the camp is good. The effort to ensure training every day is top quality is there.
“There’s a good competitive edge every day and everyone knows how important it is to prepare right for every game because every match in the top-flight offers a real challenge.
“All the new boys have been right at it as we all look to make our mark for the team this season.”

Konsa is yet to make his competitive debut for Villa since joining, as he was left on the bench on opening day.
The ball-playing centre-back watched on as his Villa teammates were beaten 3-1 by Tottenham Hotspur, despite putting up a spirited defensive display.
Villa’s new signings have all had a further week to settle in now, and that should help Smith’s new look side ahead of their first home match back in the top flight.
The claret and blues are next in action on Saturday when they take on Bournemouth.
